Specializations: Communication Coach, Counselor, Mindfulness Coach
I’m Sakshi, an EAP Psychologist in Mumbai. My work spans across therapy, workplace mental health, and institutional collaborations. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and identity-related concerns, while also supporting organisations in building psychologically safe and sustainable environments. I provide individual therapy (online and offline), conduct workplace mental health programs and workshops, offer support groups, and contribute to mental health development for institutions. I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse settings including corporates, educational institutions, NPOs, and public systems. My experience includes conducting mental health initiatives and assessment camps (including with the Railway Police), as well as working with students, educators, and professionals across different spaces. Alongside this, I also work as a global mental health consultant, collaborating with platforms in India, the US, Singapore, and other regions, designing mental health modules, interventions, and support systems. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded in real-world application. I believe in going beyond awareness and focusing on building systems that actually support people. I believe India is in dire need of mental health education and professionals, and working on ourselves while practising empathy is beneficial for our wellbeing. I come from lived experiences and also believe that we all have the power to change ourselves for the better.
