Every expert is vetted by a practising psychologist before going live, so you're never guessing whether someone is qualified. For organizations, we also connect early wellbeing signals to the right support, and measure whether it worked.

How do I find the right expert?

Browse experts by pillar and specialty, or tell us what you're looking for and we'll match you. Every profile shows the expert's focus areas, qualifications, and availability.

Do I need a referral or diagnosis to book?

No. You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis to reach out. Anyone can browse and book.

Can I switch experts if it's not the right fit?

Yes, you're free to try a different expert at any time.

Is what I share kept private?

Any recognised certification relevant to your pillar — mental, physical, social, or financial wellbeing. If you're unsure, apply and we'll let you know.

Do I have to leave my current practice?

No. Most experts work with Serene Healing alongside their existing clients. You stay independent and control your own availability.
